When you supply products from trading, alchemy, and cooking to the Imperial Delivery NPCs, you can sell at a much higher price and make big profit. In Black Desert's world, there are <Imperial Delivery> NPCs to pass trade goods items and <Imperial Craft Delivery> NPCs to pass alchemy and cooking products.
Imperial Delivery is attractive because NPCs buy the trade items at a high price, but the quantity that can be delivered per each trade item is limited. You will need to check supply information and secure trade items faster than other adventurers.
There is a fixed quantity of each item that each NPC can purchase from Imperial Delivery. These items are also limited to each player's family name so that a few players cannot dominate the market.
|Category||Goods||Delivery Restrictions (Server)||Delivery Restrictions (Family)|
|Imperial Delivery||General Trade Goods||O||X|
|Imperial Craft Delivery||Packaged Alchemy/ Cooking||O||O|
Imperial Delivery is a trading event from all around the world in which NPCs purchase certain Trade Items at 250% of their market price. These NPCs are located individually in the main towns of the various territories: Velia, Heidel, Calpheon City, Altinova, Valencia City, Grána, Duvencrune and Port Ratt.
For details about Imperial Delivery, open the main menu by pressing ESC and then click Trade Info. In the new UI, first you need to click the Life tab (or press F6 once in the menu). The Trade Info will show the Imperial Delivery NPCs from different territories purchasing Trade Items at 250% market price. If you hold the cursor over the Trade Item, it will display the Trade Item description and place of origin.
This list of information and the quantity that is available to be delivered is reset every 4 hours. Each Trade Item has a certain amount that you can deliver. Therefore, it is important to deliver them faster than other adventurers.
To get the most out of the Imperial Delivery, it’s important to take into account the distance between the Trade Item’s place of origin and the village where the Trade Item is purchased and the original cost of the Trade Item.
This is because the closer you are the faster you can move Trade Items. Since you are competing with other adventurers, it is important to establish a route that allows you to quickly supply the Trade Item to the market.
A distance bonus is applied if you are delivering a Trade Item from a far place. The distance bonus is separate from the 250% market price. Because of the distance bonus, you can sell the Trade Item at a much higher price.
It is also important to check the Max Stock value of the Trade Item you want to deliver. Even if more Trade Items can be purchased, the Trade Item will not be exchanged if the Max Stock value is 0.
For these cases, you can try moving to different channels and then check the Max Stock value for the Trade Item you want to sell. However, since you have to wait 15 minute whenever you switch channel, another adventurer may have already monopolized the Trade Item you want to sell.
Sometimes adventurers will travel from afar with their wagon, only to find that they are unable to exchange the Trade Item in the market since the Max Stock value is 0. To avoid this, be sure to check the Max Stock value for the Trade Item in the territory you are heading to.
The 250% fixed price means you’ll see larger return when you sell Trade Item with higher original cost.
If you take into account the travel time from the Trade Item’s place of origin and the Imperial Delivery NPC, you’ll see a larger return when you sell Trade Item with high original cost.
When you succeed in selling Trade Items with Imperial Delivery, you will receive ‘Shiny Golden Seal - [Imperial Delivery]’. This item can be seen as an incidental income that follows Imperial Trading. It is possible to exchange them for special items shown below.

Imperial Crafting Delivery
The type of trade item you can sell to the Imperial Delivery NPC is random. However, the item you sell to the Imperial Crafting Delivery NPC is fixed and does not change. It is recommended that you craft these items ahead of time to be sold at a later date.
You need to pack your items before you sell them to the Imperial Crafting Delivery NPC.
Once you package a determined amount of dishes or elixirs of a single type, you'll receive a graded box. They follow the Life Skill levels and go Apprentice -> Skilled -> Professional -> Master -> Guru. The grade of the Cooking/Medicine Box will depend on the type of dish/elixir you package.
You can use the ‘Imperial Cuisine’ function to pack food items and the ‘Imperial Alchemy’ one to pack alchemy items. The ‘Imperial Cuisine’ and ‘Imperial Alchemy’ functions will convert the items to tradable goods.
Please refer to the example below:
Cook 90 x Fried Fish -> Use Imperial Cuisine function to pack dishes -> Dishes are converted to ‘Apprentice's Cooking Box’ -> Sell ‘Apprentice’s Cooking Box’ to the Imperial Craft Delivery NPC.
Note: Higher-grade versions of the same food item can be used as a substitute at a 1:3 ratio. Instead of 90 Fried Fish, you only need 30 Crispy Fried Fish per box.
Once you deliver a box, you'll receive a predetermined amount of money and a Shiny Golden Seal.
There are a few more things you should know about Imperial Crafting Delivery.
There is a limit on how many boxes of each type the Imperial Crafting Delivery NPC can purchase per day. However, unlike Imperial Delivery, there is also a limit to how much a Family can sell per day; allowing more adventurers to take part in the event.
The amount a Family can sell through the Imperial Crafting Delivery is determined by dividing the Family’s Contribution Points by 2. For example, a total of 120 Imperial Crafting Delivery boxes can be sold if an adventurer has 240 Contribution points.
The Imperial Crafting Delivery resets once per day.
Since it takes a considerable amount of time to make items by alchemy and cooking, it is recommended that you decide a list of items to be sold ahead of time.
Your Cooking and Alchemy proficiency must be at an appropriate level in order to pack items into boxes. For example, you can make Fried Fish at Cooking Beginner Lv.1, but if you want to package Fried Fish into an Apprentice's Cooking Box, you need to be Apprentice Lv.1 at Cooking.
You can acquire ‘Shiny Golden Seal – Imperial Cuisine’ and ‘Shiny Golden Seal – Imperial Alchemy’ when you sell the crafted goods to the Imperial Crafting Delivery NPC. You can exchange the Golden Seals for Barding, Black Essence, and other various items detailed below.
